We have been trying to take advantage of the nice weather in New Hampshire by taking hikes on nature trails. This picture of the Lamprey River Dam adjacent to the mill buildings near downtown Newmarket was taken from across the river from the Heron Point trail.
This photo was taken using a 70-300mm lens, then I converted the photo to black and white. This black & white photo and the Sepia version of this shot appealed to me more then the color photo because it provided a more historic feel to the dam and mills.
