While camping at Acadia National Park in Maine this summer, we stopped at the Jordan Pond House to enjoy some popovers. I highly recommend the hot fudge sundae on a baked popover!
While we were waiting, I noticed a gentleman sitting in an Adirondack chair, enjoying the view. I took advantage of the photo opportunity.
I really liked how he was sitting in the chair, holding his cane and looking at Jordan Pond with the Bubbles in the background. We were all waiting for the storm to come in.
The hardest part of taking this photo was waiting for no one to be walking through the photo, in fact I took this picture when a hiker was hidden by the chair.
A Nikon D90 with Quantaray 35~80mm lens was used. A focal length of 66 mm taken at a 1/500 second exposure was used with an F stop of 5.3. The ISO was set to 200.
